So I have
or faux pomps
as I like to call them
And then I was watching Doctor Who, ‘The Idiot’s Lantern’, and the Doctor has a pomp!!!!
And it was glorious.

So I have a dilemma. Burial at Sea comes out tomorrow!!! Obviously I’m incredibly excited about this. I love the Bioshock series so much. But the last Assassins Creed came out a couple weeks ago, and thanks to my terrible work schedule, I’ve gotten to play a total of 4 hours. I hate starting new games without finishing my current one (I feel like I’m being disrepectful to my games…weird, I know) but I’m gonna have to tomorrow. The good thing (and bad thing) is Burial at Sea’s short so I won’t be cheating on Edward Kenway for too long. So that’s it I guess, not really a dilemma, cause I’m definitely gonna play Bioshock tomorrow.
Also…I can’t wait to fight splicers again.
Also…I wish Rapture was real.
#mcm I like funny guys with facial hair. #jasonsudeikis (I’d like to bend him over a barrel and show him the 50 states) and #chrisodowd
One of my absolute favorite #frankturner songs. Never gotten to hear/see it live before so this was definitely a highlight for me
S: What did she say to you?
C: Something along the lines of …
because this made me laugh more than it should have

I’ve been on vacation for awhile, and since I’m not actually doing anything/going anywhere, I’ve mainly been watching movies in my bed all day (I justify this laziness because i work 80+ hour weeks in a kitchen, on my feet allll day).
Anywho, Natalie Wood is one of my favorite actresses. I love her in Love With the Proper Stranger. Her and Steve Mcqueen are gorgeous together. And thankfully this movie has a happy ending.
Splendor in the Grass, and This Property is Condemned on the other hand…don’t even get me started. Every time I watch these movies, they break my heart. Warren Beatyy is so beautiful in Splendor, yet I want to punch him in the face and scream “How could YOU?!”
But This Property is Condemned is my absolute favorite. When I first saw it, I watched it every night for a month. I can literally quote it from beginning to end. I mean Robert Redford in that movie….Jesus. And Alva, well she’s the main attraction. JJ disgusts me, and I always feel so bad for Willie and Alva for having to deal with such a horrible mother who would pimp out her own daughter for a nice house and money. But when Alva and Owen are together in New Orleans, everything’s perfect. I love love love when he offers to send for Willie so she can go with them to Chicago and she runs towards him and they break the chair.
I always stop the movie as they’re walking home in the rain, right before they go into the apartment and find Alva’s mother there. The ending is so dreadful and depressing; I like to end it before it all goes to hell and pretend that they live happily together. I like to think that given a chance, Owen would have forgiven Alva for marrying JJ. Hopefully he would understand that she was upset (after all he had just humiliated her and called her a whore) and wanted to get back at her mother. And she robbed him and left her family for New Orleans to find him. Unfortunately, he doesn’t get that chance, and Alva get TB and dies. Which is why I never watch the ending.
So these movies are great, and if you haven’t seen them, you should. And if you love them as much as me, lets be friends.

I don’t even know how many times I’ve watched this. Ben’s voice isn’t as deep and they both look like babies! So I’m watching this while reading Ben’s reddit thing. It’s my first time on reddit, and it’s hella confusing. For me anyway. It took me some time, but I figured it out.
Anyway, speaking of Tom Hardy, I just watched Warrior for the hundredth time. Christ, he’s amazing in that movie.
Also…I had to google what bismarck means. Gross.
And then I watched the video again and Tom explains it. I’m dumb.
Because it’s halloween time and I love this movie. Totally had a crush on Anthony Perkins for awhile after watching this. He was so sweet and cute…aside from the murdering and the being crazy. Regardless, Norman Bates is pretty sexy. What does that say about me?
Bill Skarsgard is like an Tim Burton’s creation: big and skinny legs, tall, creepy and sexy.
Most accurate description ever.
